A simulation game celebrating 50 years of KochiKame heads to consoles, PC, and mobile
SHUEISHA GAMES, in collaboration with developer Kairosoft, has officially announced KochiKame: Ryo-san’s Billion-yen Beat, a pixel-art management simulation game based on the legendary manga KochiKame: Tokyo Beat Cops. Created to celebrate the series’ 50th anniversary, the game is planned for release on PS5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, PS4, Switch, PC, and later on iOS and Android. A release date has not yet been revealed.

KochiKame: Ryo-san’s Billion-yen Beat is a management simulation game that puts players in the shoes of Ryotsu Kankichi, better known as Ryo-san, the notoriously mischievous police officer with an endless list of get-rich-quick schemes. Players will work alongside Ryo-san as he attempts to revitalize a struggling shopping district, turning it into a bustling commercial hub with the ambitious goal of reaching one billion yen in revenue.
