New update: Black Desert Mobile adds Odyllita land and powerful Karazad gear
Pearl Abyss has released a major update for Black Desert Mobile, introducing the new region called Odyllita along with powerful Karazad accessories and new weekly content for experienced players.
The update expands the game world with a challenging new open world area designed for high level adventurers. It also introduces stronger gear progression and large scale boss encounters that aim to push player combat power further.
Odyllita region opens for high power adventurers
Odyllita becomes accessible to players with a combat power of at least 85,000 CP. The region introduces new monsters and high difficulty hunting zones intended for experienced adventurers.
Despite being an open world region, Odyllita does not require special exploration extension items. Players can gain experience points and rewards in the same way as other hunting areas.
Progression relies on the Adventure Hot Time system, allowing players to continue hunting and earning rewards without additional entry restrictions.
Karazad accessories set a new combat standard
Alongside the new region, the update introduces Karazad accessories, a new equipment tier obtainable through adventures in Odyllita.
Karazad accessories at the Nova Star grade surpass the previous Destruction grade accessories. These items provide significantly higher combat bonuses and set a new benchmark for gear progression.
Unlike other equipment types, Karazad accessories cannot be crafted. Players must obtain them by defeating monsters within the Odyllita region.
They can also drop from bosses in the new Dark Rift content. Adventurers attempting to farm these accessories are recommended to have at least 105,000 CP.
Dark Rift weekly boss event
The update also adds a new weekly event called Dark Rift. During this event, darkness from other lands begins invading Odyllita and rifts appear throughout the region.
Powerful bosses emerge from these rifts during a limited time window. Six bosses appear sequentially across Odyllita as players battle to defeat them.
The event occurs every Saturday between 21:30 and 22:10 server time. The more bosses players defeat, the greater the rewards become.
The climax of the event arrives when the powerful boss Kzarka, the ancient god of desire, appears at 21:50. Defeating Kzarka grants valuable rewards to participating adventurers.
Corrupted land and special rewards
After Kzarka is defeated, a special zone known as the Corrupted Land appears within Odyllita. Adventurers who hunt monsters in this area can earn additional rewards.
Players also receive a special buff lasting seven days while adventuring in the region.
Alongside the content update, the game is currently hosting multiple in game events that reward valuable items. These include rewards such as Memory Imprint Chests, boss entry items, and raid participation tickets.
With the addition of Odyllita, stronger equipment tiers, and challenging boss encounters, the latest update continues expanding the world of Black Desert Mobile for veteran adventurers seeking tougher battles and better rewards.
