Ragnarok Origin Classic announces OBT Launch for March 26, 2026

Gravity Game Vision has officially announced the launch date for the highly anticipated Ragnarok Origin Classic. The game will enter its Open Beta Test (OBT) phase on March 26, 2026, bringing a refined and “pure” MMORPG experience to fans across Asia. This version is specifically designed to address long-standing player feedback by removing controversial monetization elements and focusing on a fair, gameplay-driven progression system.

A Return to “Pure” Adventure: No More Pet Gacha

The core philosophy of Ragnarok Origin Classic is to strip away the “pay-to-win” barriers found in many modern mobile titles. The developers have confirmed the complete removal of S-tier pet gacha, red sigils, and stat-boosting statues. Instead, the game operates on a Monthly Pass model.

F2P Friendly: Players can earn in-game gold coins simply by staying active, which can then be exchanged for a Monthly Pass. This allows free-to-play users to access premium benefits and growth items without spending real money.

14 Classes, Doram, and Unified Asia Servers
