A Visually Ambitious Port on Switch 2

In enclosed areas or scenes with fewer objects, the game can reach 60FPS. However, during combat or more demanding moments, the frame rate drops sharply. It can fall to 30FPS.

Digital Foundry Suggests Frame Rate Lock Options
Digital Foundry believes the current performance impacts enjoyment.
They suggest adding a frame rate lock option. A stable 30FPS mode could improve consistency. Another option would be a 40FPS mode. Even if it occasionally drops to 30FPS, it may feel smoother overall.
These adjustments could provide a more stable experience for players.
Comparison With Xbox Series S
The analysis also mentions Xbox Series S.
Interestingly, PRAGMATA on Switch 2 still shows better model detail. This follows a trend seen in other RE Engine titles. Despite weaker hardware, Switch 2 manages to deliver sharper assets in some cases.
