Resident Evil Requiem players mod out slow stealth section

Resident Evil Requiem mod lets players skip slow orphanage segment
A new modification for : Resident Evil Requiem has appeared online that allows players to bypass one of the slowest sections in the game.
Many players who have completed the game multiple times say the pacing of certain early story sequences becomes frustrating during repeat playthroughs. One segment frequently mentioned is the stealth escape section involving Chloe inside an orphanage facility.
The location serves as a disguised research center within the game’s story, and players must carefully navigate through it to survive.
Mod skips intro and orphanage gameplay
The mod was created by a user named scoovy and currently offers two main features.
The first option skips the opening gameplay sequence where Grace Ashcroft explores the Wrenwood Hotel.
The second option removes the Chloe orphanage gameplay section entirely. Using the mod can shorten the playthrough by roughly ten minutes, making repeat runs much faster.

Why players want to skip this section
During this part of the story, Chloe must escape from the orphanage while avoiding experimental children that can instantly kill her.
Unlike other characters in the game, Chloe cannot fight enemies and moves much slower. Players must trigger enemy spawn points and wait for scripted events to progress through the level.
While the section is tense and memorable during a first playthrough, many players say it becomes tedious when replaying the game.
Potential risks of using the mod
As with most PC mods, installing it comes with some potential risks.
Using the modification may interfere with online statistics tracking through RE.net, which could cause gameplay data to display incorrectly. It may also trigger warnings related to modified game files.
Players who decide to install the mod will need to accept these risks.
