According to data from SteamDB, ARC Raiders achieved the highest sales on Steam between December 23–30, 2025, ranking first on the weekly best-seller chart. In doing so, it outperformed major titles such as Battlefield 6 and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, both of which are considered mainstream, big-budget releases. Other well-known games following closely behind included Baldur’s Gate 3, Cyberpunk 2077, and Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced Edition, highlighting the fierce competition during the final stretch of the year.
This achievement is particularly notable given that ARC Raiders had already been on the market for several months. Prior reports suggested that the game was approaching 7 million copies sold within just one month of its launch. At the same time, Steam Deck continued to show strong performance, ranking second among Steam’s best-selling products during the same period, trailing ARC Raiders by only a narrow margin.

Embark Studios has made its long-term commitment to ARC Raiders clear. Robert Sammelin, the game’s Art Director, previously stated that the studio plans to support the title for up to 10 years, continuously refining the experience based on player behavior and community feedback. The recently released Cold Snap update introduced winter weather conditions that affect visibility and movement, adding new layers of challenge and depth to survival on the battlefield.
