Unlike traditional Controllers who focus solely on blocking vision, Miks is a “teamplay-first” agent who uses soundwaves to rally his squad and disrupt the enemy’s rhythm. He officially hits live servers on March 18, 2026, alongside the launch of Season 2026 // Act 2.

Miks’ reveal was accompanied by a high-energy cinematic featuring “Clarity (VALORANT x BUNT. Remix)”, a fresh take on Zedd’s iconic track by rising DJ and producer BUNT. The collaboration emphasizes the agent’s core identity: music and rhythm as a source of tactical power.

Miks’ Ability Kit: The Sonic Conductor

Miks introduces a unique utility hybrid, being the only Controller in the game capable of healing allies while maintaining traditional smoke coverage.

• Harmonize (Q): Equip to target an ally and fire to grant a Combat Stim to both yourself and the ally. The stim refreshes with each kill you secure. Use Alt-Fire to stim yourself only.
• M-pulse (C): A versatile projectile. Toggle between Concuss and Healing modes. When thrown, it emits sound waves upon landing, either stunning enemies or restoring HP to allies.
• Waveform (E – Signature): Open a tactical map to set smoke locations. This ability allows for precise placement to block sightlines, standard for the Controller class.
• Bassquake (X – Ultimate): Charge up and unleash a massive wave of Sonic Radiance. This blast knocks enemies back, deafens them, and applies a heavy slow effect, effectively clearing an entire site.
