Resident Evil Generation Pack Discontinued Reasons Explained

Fans interested in the Resident Evil Generation Pack should act soon. Capcom confirmed that the special bundle will leave the Nintendo eShop on March 31. The removal marks the end of a limited anniversary promotion for the franchise.
A value bundle celebrating the series
Capcom released the Resident Evil Generation Pack to celebrate the franchise’s milestone anniversary. The bundle brought together three major entries from the survival horror series at a reduced price.
Players received Resident Evil Requiem, Resident Evil VII Gold Edition, and Resident Evil Village Gold Edition in one package. Both physical and digital versions launched for Nintendo Switch 2.
Moreover, the bundle offered strong value for fans who wanted to experience multiple titles at once. The digital version sold for around 2,390 THB, which meant each game effectively cost about 800 THB.

Digital bundle removal confirmed
According to the Nintendo eShop listing, Capcom will stop selling the digital bundle on March 31. In Southeast Asia time zones, the removal will occur around 02:00 on April 1.
After that deadline passes, the bundle discount will disappear. Players will still be able to purchase the games individually. However, they will need to pay the standard retail price instead.
Individual purchases cost significantly more
Buying the three games separately costs far more than the bundle. Resident Evil Requiem starts at about 1,890 THB for the base version. Meanwhile, Resident Evil VII Gold Edition costs around 1,090 THB. Resident Evil Village Gold Edition sells for approximately 1,350 THB.
Altogether, those prices add up to roughly 4,330 THB. Therefore, the Generation Pack provided a major discount compared with purchasing each game individually.
Physical edition could become a collector item
Capcom only confirmed the removal of the digital bundle so far. Nevertheless, the timing aligns with the series’ 30th anniversary celebration. Because of that milestone, many fans expect the physical bundle to become limited once the promotion concludes.
Collectors may therefore want to secure a copy while stock still exists.
