Resident Evil Requiem Final Puzzle Secrets Revealed

The mystery behind the Resident Evil Requiem Final Puzzle has finally been solved. After days of investigation and collaboration, players managed to uncover how the strange Severed Hand item connects to a hidden challenge in the game.

This discovery leads to the achievement known as The Final Puzzle, which many players initially thought was unsolvable. However, careful analysis of in game clues eventually revealed the correct sequence of actions.

The Severed Hand puzzle begins with a blood scanner

The puzzle begins when players examine the Severed Hand item using a blood analysis machine. After completing the short interface puzzle, the system displays a cryptic message.

The screen shows the phrase “Let’s play” followed by a sequence of mRNA codes.

GGC AAG AUA ACG UGU CAU

At first glance the message appears scientific. However, the puzzle actually revolves around interpreting the four letters used in the code.

Understanding the hidden clues behind the letters

Players discovered that each letter corresponds to a hidden clue located elsewhere in the game.

The letter G represents the sun. A sticker in the Blood Lab states that G equals 150,000,000 kilometers, which matches the approximate distance between Earth and the sun.

Meanwhile the letter U represents the moon. Players find the clue inside an Hourglass item located in the VIP Suite. The description references 380,000 kilometers, the distance between Earth and the moon.

The letter C represents a star. A document titled Grace Ashcroft Blood Analysis Report contains the hint. It references a distance of 4.2 light years, which corresponds to the closest star system to Earth.

The letter A works differently from the others. During Leon’s section in Raccoon City, players encounter a Charlie doll head on a basketball court. After interacting with it and examining the doll body later, the game displays the clue “Just ignore A.”

Therefore the puzzle solution excludes the letter A entirely.

Converting the sequence into the hidden safe code

After interpreting the letters, the mRNA sequence converts into symbolic icons.

This produces a twelve button input pattern that players must enter on a mysterious safe located on the second floor of the East Wing.

At first the safe only triggers a strange laugh from a young girl. The puzzle does not complete during the first playthrough.

The remaining hidden steps to finish the puzzle

Players must complete several unusual steps before the puzzle can finish.

First, they must stand inside the Meat Processing Plant area for fifteen minutes without killing any zombies. The player can stagger enemies, but the machines must eliminate them instead.

Next, after Grace falls into the blood collection pit, players must drain the tank using a nearby lever and allow the scene to progress normally.

Then players must flush the toilet in the West Wing restroom exactly eight times.

Finally, they must collect an item called Marie’s Doll during Grace’s escape sequence and store it in the item box before finishing the game.

Solving The Final Puzzle in New Game Plus

The final step occurs during a second playthrough. Players must scan the Severed Hand again while carrying Marie’s Doll and Emily.

After returning to the East Wing safe and entering the symbol code again, the game finally triggers the completion event.

Once the eerie laughter ends, the system confirms that the player has solved The Final Puzzle. The reward grants 20,000 CP points, which players can spend to unlock additional extras in the game.
