Majima Saga Bridges Yakuza Kiwami 1 and 2
SEGA CORPORATION has revealed the “The Truth of Goro Matsuma” supplementary story information of the action-adventure game Yakuza Kiwami 2, which is scheduled to be released on the Nintendo Switch™ 2 version on Thursday, November 13, 2025, and the PlayStation®5 version, Xbox Series X|S on Monday, December 8, 2025.
Yakuza Kiwami 2 is an action-adventure game that follows a story with a live battle at stake between Kazuma Kiwami and Kiryu. The legendary man who was once nicknamed “The Dragon of Dojima” with Ryuji Koda. The strongest yakuza, who has earned the title “Dragon of Kansai”, is at the center of the story in two busy cities, Kamurocho in Tokyo and Sotenbori in Osaka. There is also an additional storyline “The Truth of Goro Majima” with Goro Majima as a character to play. In this additional scene, you will be able to learn the story of what happened between “Yakuza” and “Yakuza 2”.

February 2006……
Two months after the “10 billion yen case that disappeared”, Yukio Terada, who became the fifth president of the Tojo Group, moved forward with reforms to the Tojo Group to revitalize the organization by using a promotion method to attract people who can make money without choosing a method, and announced a policy of appointing the person who made the most money as vice chief.
Under this policy, Goro Majima, who made huge profits from the real estate business, and Akinobu Uematsu from the new power group became a rival for the position of deputy leader.
During this time, the Majima Gang’s office is attacked by a group of men believed to be members of the Uematsu Gang, and Majima breaks into the Uematsu Gang’s office. and have to face a big conspiracy. While searching for the truth, What awaits him is an unexpected reunion that shakes his fate……
