Anno 117: Pax Romana Surpasses 1.17 Million Players

Ubisoft has announced that Anno 117: Pax Romana has reached a major milestone, surpassing 1.17 million players since its launch on November 13, 2025.

This achievement makes it the fastest-selling title in the history of the Anno franchise, building on strong critical reception and praise for elevating the city-building genre to new heights.

A Major Milestone Before First DLC

The milestone arrives just ahead of the game’s first DLC, “Prophecies of Ash”, scheduled for April 30.

This expansion will introduce:

The largest island in Anno history
The fire god Vulcan
Volcanic mechanics that evolve across eruption stages

These features are expected to add new strategic challenges for players managing their Roman empire.
