ROX Donates 750kg Cat Food for Stray Cat Support
Ragnarok X: Next Generation, also known as ROX, celebrated its 5th anniversary in June with a special onsite event that brought the warmth of Midgard into the real world.
To mark the occasion, ROX also prepared for the arrival of the new Doram class and held large-scale offline events under the theme Fantasy Firefly Banquet in Jakarta and Bangkok on June 27, 2026.
During the event, adventurers were able to enjoy Doram-themed activities, transform into Doram, explore the venue with friends, and take part in interactive activities connected to stray cat support.
ROX 5th Anniversary Brings Doram Fun and Charity Together
The ROX 5th anniversary event was not only about celebration.
While players gathered to enjoy the fantasy atmosphere, ROX also worked with stray cat foundations to turn the event into a real-world charity activity. Through the theme and activities, the game connected its Doram content with a meaningful effort to help cats outside the game world.
The event aimed to pass the kindness and warmth of Midgard to real life by encouraging players to support stray cat welfare.
Stray Cat Foundations Joined the Event
At the onsite events, MamaPus from Indonesia and a foundation from Thailand joined the celebration.
The foundations brought cats waiting for adoption to the venue, allowing attendees to meet them up close. This gave players a chance to learn more about stray cats, adoption, and the importance of supporting animal welfare groups.
The activity also helped raise awareness about the need to care for stray cats in the community.
750kg Cat Food and 2,973 Cat Treats Donated
Through the event activities, adventurers from both locations helped collect a total of 750 kilograms of cat food and 2,973 cat treats.
All of these donations have already been delivered to the two stray cat foundations.
The donated cat food can help feed more than 70 rescued kittens under the care of MamaPus for around 60 days. It can also help feed more than 1,000 stray and adoptable cats within the rescue network of Rakmaw Foundation for around 7 days.

Charity Booths Supported More Cat Rescue Work
Both foundations also set up charity merchandise booths during the event.
These booths helped support ongoing stray cat rescue efforts, including TNR programs, which involve trapping, neutering, and releasing stray cats. These programs are important because they help control the stray cat population while improving the welfare of cats already living outdoors.
By taking part in the event, ROX players were able to support these efforts while celebrating the game’s anniversary.
