Sonic Racing: Cross Worlds Kicks Off Hatsune Miku Collab Festival With Special Rewards and New Music This October

SEGA CORPORATION has officially announced a special Hatsune Miku collaboration event for Sonic Racing: Cross Worlds, the popular cross-platform racing title that continues to receive overwhelmingly positive feedback from players worldwide. The event will run across Southeast Asia starting Friday, October 3, 2025, offering fans a chance to unlock limited-edition in-game items, new racers, original music, and more.

Players who collect Festa points during the event period will be rewarded with exclusive items that are only available through this collaboration. The game, which has already achieved “Overwhelmingly Positive” status on Steam and boasts a high user score of 9.0 on Metacritic as of October 3, continues to grow in popularity and community support.

The Hatsune Miku Festa event marks a major content update, introducing Miku herself as a new playable racer alongside the original Diva Macchina vehicle. Five brand-new tracks from the special Project ONSOKU collaboration — a unique fusion of Sonic the Hedgehog and Hatsune Miku through music — will also be added to the in-game jukebox. Fans can dive into the event to enjoy the new content while collecting exclusive rewards.
