Borderlands 4 Reveals New Content to Hold at PAX Australia

Bounty Pack 1, First Season Mini-Event, Immortal Bosses, and more!

Over the weekend, Gearbox and 2K revealed new details about what’s coming from Borderlands 4’s post-release roadmap at PAX Australia.

Bounty Pack 1: How Rush Saved Mercenaries Day

In an all-new core mission, players will team up with Rush and show Timekeeper’s Minister of Culture what Mercenaries Day really means, a fun time for gift-giving and gunfights with friends and family. They may even get new Legendary items!

Bounty Pack 1 also comes with a Vault Card with new rewards that players can earn during gameplay, including 24 cosmetic items to unlock and 4 pieces of rerollable equipment. Here are the full details of the Bounty Pack 1 Vault Card loot:

  • 4 interchangeable weapons
  • 4-piece Vault Hunter heads are used by VexRafaAmon, and Harlowe.
  • 4 Vault Hunter skins can be used by VexRafaAmon, and Harlowe.
  • 5 Weapon Skins
  • 5 Vehicle Skins
  • 4 ECHO-4 Skin Drone
  • ECHO-4 2 Accessories

Bounty Pack 1 also has a few extra giveaways to discover:

  • 1 new Digirunner vehicle (available shortly after starting the first main mission)
  • 1 Vault Hunter style that VexRafaAmon, and Harlowe can use (available after defeating a boss and completing the final main mission of the Bounty Pack)
  • 1 ECHO-4 Drone Skin (available after defeating the boss and completing the final main mission of the Bounty Pack)

To access Bounty Pack 1: How Rush Saved Mercenary Day, players can do the following:

  • Buy Borderlands 4 Deluxe or Super Deluxe Edition (both bundles include the Bounty Pack)
  • Alternatively, purchase a Bounty Pack consisting of Bounty Pack 1 or purchase a separate Bounty Pack 1.

How Rush Saved Mercenary Day is the first of four Bounty Packs included in the Bounty Pack.

Free Seasonal Mini-Event: Horrors of Kairos

First Free Limited Time Seasonal Mini-Event “Horror of Kairos” will terrify all players to the point of shattering their minds. From October 23 to November 6, players will experience the terrifying weather effect of blood rain when fighting world bosses. And when defeating them, they will have a chance to get new legendary items. We will also be giving away seasonal decorations through the SHiFT code shared on Borderlands’ social media.

Free Late Game Update: Bloomreaper the Invincible

Bloomreaper the Invincible, the first late-game boss that will be updated for free to all players in Borderlands 4, will arrive in Q4. All these new bosses have new customizations.
