Epic Seven Deadly Sins Origin CBT Starts October 30
The Grand Closed Beta Commences
Netmarble, a leading developer and publisher of high quality games, has officially announced the upcoming Closed Beta Test (CBT) for its highly awaited open world action RPG, The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin. This important testing phase is scheduled to begin on October 30, 2025, and will run through November 5, 2025. Players will experience the game on both the PlayStation 5 console and Steam for PC.
To accommodate high player demand, The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin has opened registration for additional CBT participants. Interested players from Southeast Asia are invited to sign up through the game’s official Discord channel. The deadline for additional CBT applications is set for October 24, 2025. Furthermore, the Closed Beta will support several key languages. These confirmed languages include English, Japanese, and Korean.
The CBT offers participants an exclusive chance to explore the game’s vast open world. Players can personally experience the title’s unique action elements before its official launch. The test features spectacular confrontations against the formidable Red Demon and the Gray Demon. Participants can also delve into the mysterious Felsen Mine and many other expansive locations.
The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin is built on the famous Japanese manga and anime IP, The Seven Deadly Sins. This popular franchise boasts global sales of 55 million copies. The game presents an original multiverse story for players to enjoy. Players can collect knights from both The Seven Deadly Sins and Four Knights of the Apocalypse. This includes exclusive original characters created just for the game.
The action RPG allows players to explore the iconic continent of Britannia. Players can customize their fighting styles to determine their own adventure path. Additionally, the game features an engaging tag team battle system. This system allows players to unleash powerful, blended skill combinations. The action continuously develops through diverse combinations of characters and weapons. Furthermore, players will have the option to engage in party play with other Adventurers.
The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin is scheduled for a simultaneous worldwide launch on January 28, 2026. The full launch will support 12 languages across all platforms.
