Ichika (Khun Sai): Hello! I’m Ichika, or Sai. Nice to meet you all! ♡

TIG team: What inspired you to choose this character for your cosplay? What do you find captivating about her?

Ichika: Yae Miko is definitely my favorite character in Genshin Impact. She’s both the chief shrine maiden of Grand Narukami Shrine and also the editor-in-chief at the Yae Publishing House. I love her mainly because of her Kitsune-Yōkai design—it gives off an elegant, clever, and mischievous vibe. And I absolutely adore her Japanese voice acting—it makes my heart race, even though I’m a woman. Purely thrilling!

TIG team: Could you tell us a bit about today’s cosplay setup?

Ichika: This time, I chose the Wedding Dress version of Yae. The key highlight was that the costume featured lots of hidden butterflies—perfectly matching the floral backdrop I selected!

TIG team: What was the most challenging part of this cosplay?

Ichika: I should mention that last year I did a Maid-style Yae cosplay. Since Yae is my favorite character, I wanted to outdo myself this time. Given the flower scene and the abundant butterflies on the dress, just normal makeup felt insufficient—so I added tiny butterflies and some crystals to my face. The photos came out so harmoniously that I was extremely pleased!
