Palworld Releases 2nd Anniversary Video, Teases New Pal Monsters Ahead of Full Launch
It may come as a surprise to many players, but Palworld has officially reached its second anniversary since launch. Despite facing its share of controversies, the game has grown into a popular franchise with expanding possibilities and new directions. While some may have forgotten, Palworld is still currently in Early Access, with Pocketpair aiming to release the full version within the coming year.
To mark this milestone, Pocketpair has released a special anniversary video offering a glimpse into the future of the game.
New Pal Designs Revealed
In the video, Bucky from the community team shares additional insights into the upcoming full release. Viewers are treated to previews of several newly designed Pal monsters, showcasing a wide range of creative concepts. These include a serpent residing within a massive lotus flower, a small electric lion, and an ice-themed bird Pal.
Pocketpair confirmed that these newly revealed Pal monsters will become available for players to catch after the game officially exits Early Access, further expanding the ecosystem of creatures within the world of Palworld.

Later in the video, Pocketpair executive Takuro Mizobe appears to personally thank fans around the world for their continued support. He emphasized that development is still actively ongoing and reaffirmed the team’s commitment to delivering a high-quality experience as Palworld moves closer to its full release.
Version 1.0 Planned for 2026
The video concludes with a short cinematic scene featuring a player avatar standing atop a massive Pal, drifting toward a mysterious, glowing tree-like structure. This scene is followed by confirmation that Palworld version 1.0 is planned to launch in 2026.
Fans are encouraged to continue supporting the development team as they work toward the game’s complete release. Images of the newly teased Pal monsters have also been shared as a preview of what is to come.
