Resident Evil Requiem 75 file locations full walkthrough
In Resident Evil Requiem, there are a total of 75 files to collect, which are divided into categories according to the location in the game. Once players have collected all the files, they will be able to unlock the “Case Closed” achievement (Achievements / Trophies).
From here on, I’m going to write down the location of all the files in Resident Evil Requiem, which will be like a spoiler for those who haven’t played the game yet or don’t want to rely on the game summary.

Wrenwood (6 files)
1. Wrenwood City Guide
This file is in the early stages of the game where we force Grace on the main street in Wrenwood. People forget to keep it and easily overlook it, and the file is located at the brochure pickup point next to the bus stop.
2. Investigation Report
We can find this file without missing it at the beginning of the game because it is one of the tutorial sessions of the game. Players just need to explore the items in Grace’s bag and read them, and they will receive the file immediately.
3. Hotel Pamphlet
This file will fall in the lobby area of the Wrenwood Hotel.
4. Notice of Closure
From the hotel lobby, take a detour to the back of the information desk and enter the office. In this room, there is a table where you can open drawers, and players will find this file.
5. Alyssa’s Journal
This file will be automatically received by the player as part of the story. When we forced Grace to take Alyssa’s bag, which was hidden behind the hotel picture.
6. Report on Victor Gideon
This file will also be automatically received by the player, which will be the information that Sherry sends to Leon.
Rhodes Hill (41 files)
In Rhodes Hill, there are a lot of files that both Grace and Leon can explore together, but there are some files that can only be collected by one person, such as the case of Leon in the attic or Grace in the basement, so you have to explore carefully so that you miss any of them.
7. Progress Notes
After Grace regained consciousness and squirmed out of bed, she was able to get out of bed. We will be able to find this file in the room where Grace wakes up.
8. Note on Cardboard Box
This file is a message pasted on a box in the closet of room 202.
9. Care Center Pamphlet
This file is a pamphlet that is placed on the desk in the office of the security guard on the first floor.
10. Whiteboard Scrawl
After finding File 9, go straight to the whiteboard near the door and you will find it.
11. Folded Note
It’s outside the lounge on the 2nd floor (after forcing Grace through the lounge and bar), and this file is hidden in a gown hanging next to the wall.
12. Chairman’s Note
It is in the Chairman’s Office on the 2nd floor, and you need to use a rain pencil to make the letters appear before you can receive the file.
13. Copy of an Email to a Manager
This file will be in the same room as the 12th file, and it will be placed on a table near the chairman’s office.
14. Note to the Chairman
This file will be disposed of in the trash can in the chairman’s office. It is located in the corner of the room behind the desk.
15. Blood Compound Synthesis
In the east wing of the building. This file will be placed on a table in the blood test room (the same room where the Blood Collector items are stored).
16. Safe Replacements
This file will be located in the waiting room. It is a file behind the information desk near the safe.
17. Lead Researcher’s Message
It is in the research team leader’s office on the 2nd floor, which is located behind the desk in the corner of the room.
18. Lead Researcher’s Picture 1
It is a photo that is placed on the desk in the office of the head of the research team.
19. Lead Researcher’s Picture 2
This file will be on the window table in the research team leader’s office.
20. Lead Researcher’s Picture 3
The spot found is the same as the first picture we found (file 18), but it is a picture framed on display.
21. Examination Room Safe Code
It will be in the back room where Chunk first appeared, where there will be a room where the locker collapsed. We will be able to find the file in this room.
22. Patient Medical Records
This file will be in the meeting room on the 2nd floor, where we store corrosive items.
23. Spencer’s Research 1
This file will be stored in a mystery safe. It is included in an item called “Leatherbound Notebook”.
24. Unlocking the Organ Transport Box
This file will be stored in the same place as the 23rd file.
25. Victor’s Journal Entry
Once you get the Level 1 wristband, go back to the blood test room and use the item to open the storage room to find this file.
26. Construction Notice
Using the Level 1 wristband, open the iron door near the kitchen. In the narrow corridor before reaching the garage, we will find this file as a notice next to the wall.
27. Bar and Lounge Safe Code
This file will be on a desk in the office on the 2nd floor on the west side.
28. Background Check
It’s in the same room as file 27.
29. Disposal Team Report
This file is in the archive room next to the room where files 27-28 were found.
30. Double Mutation
We will be able to find this file after we get the Level 2 wristband, and this file will be in the Isolation Ward.
31. Nurse’s Log
The place where this file was found is the same as the 30th file.
32. Satiety Suppression Medical Records
This file can only be stored during the period when Leon is forced in Rhodes Hill.
33. Basement Safe Code
After Leon finished fighting Chunk, after walking along the path for a while, you will find a wardrobe that Leon used Leon to pry the first cabinet.
34. Dishwasher’s Note
This file can be found by using Leon prying the cabinet located in the corridor between the lounge and bar and the lounge on the 2nd floor.

Once you’ve played Grace, check the screen in the Monitor Control Room.
71. Sterilization Chamber Safe
This file can be found in the container before entering Bioweapon Repository No. 5 (Bioweapon Repository 05).
72. Monitor Control Room Safe
In Biological Weapon Depot No. 5, you can open a container to find items. We will find this file.
73. Access Log: First Assembly Minutes
When you enter the Archives room, there is a small monitor that you can explore and you will find this file.

The last two files in the game will be automatically received when Grace plays the video on the main screen of the Archives room.
Note: In Insanity Mode, the files associated with the 5 Vault codes will be replaced, which will be different from Casual and Standard modes, but the location where the files were found will remain the same.
