Sudden Attack Zero Point Enters Early Access on Steam
NEXON has officially launched Sudden Attack Zero Point in Early Access on Steam, giving players their first opportunity to experience the remastered free-to-play tactical FPS inspired by the long-running Sudden Attack franchise.
The Early Access release marks the game’s first full public availability on Steam and is accompanied by launch celebrations, daily login rewards, and a roadmap outlining future content throughout 2026.
Fast-Paced Tactical FPS Returns
Built upon the core gameplay that made the original Sudden Attack popular, Sudden Attack Zero Point emphasizes precision, positioning, quick reflexes, and split-second decision-making.
Short rounds and responsive controls are designed to deliver fast-paced matches that are easy to jump into while offering plenty of depth for competitive players.
Early Access Login Rewards
To celebrate the Early Access launch, NEXON is hosting a Daily Login Event running from July 30 to August 12.
Players who log in each day will receive three Key Cards, which can be used to open Crates earned through gameplay.
2026 Content Roadmap
Early Access begins with a Pre-Season featuring:
- City Cat map
- Epic-grade Sandstorm weapon part
Following the Pre-Season, Season 1 through Season 3 will roll out across 2026, bringing additional content based on the roadmap previously shared by the development team.
Weapons, Maps, and Customization
The Early Access build launches with a substantial amount of content, including:
- 13 primary weapon categories
- 4 secondary weapon categories
- More than 200 weapon customization parts
- 7 maps supporting both Close Quarters Battle (CQB) and Bomb Defusal modes
Players can also test their builds in the newly added Training Mode, while the Black Market allows trading of weapon skins, attachments, and other in-game items.
Built with Community Feedback
Following the Final Closed Beta, the development team worked closely with the community, sharing regular Developer Notes and updates explaining design decisions and future plans.
NEXON says new developer videos will continue to be released every two to three months through the game’s official YouTube channel.
