Our monthly roundup of new games is back, and July 2026 is bringing another fresh lineup of titles for PC and console players.
After June kicked off the summer gaming season with plenty of heat, July is ready to serve several familiar names in new forms. Players can look forward to legendary titles returning with refreshed versions, including Halo: Campaign Evolved and Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced. Meanwhile, Echoes of Aincrad will take players into the world of Sword Art Online.
That is only the beginning. This month also includes classic collections, rhythm games, action RPGs, cozy life-sim adventures, open-world survival, and PvPvE extraction action.
Here are the new PC and console games to watch this July 2026.
Ganbare Goemon! Daishuugou!

Ganbare Goemon! Daishuugou! is a collection that brings together several well-known entries from the classic Ganbare Goemon series in one package.
The collection includes 13 games from the Famicom and Super Famicom eras, with several titles being ported to other gaming platforms for the first time. For longtime fans, this makes the release a special way to revisit one of Japan’s most memorable action-adventure series.
The collection also includes new features designed to make the experience smoother for modern players. These include Rewind, which lets players go back and correct mistakes, and Quick Save, which allows faster and more convenient saving.
With these updates, Ganbare Goemon! Daishuugou! feels like a fitting celebration of the series’ 40th anniversary.
Rhythm Heaven Groove

Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Endless Ragnarok

Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Endless Ragnarok is an action RPG set in the world of Granblue Fantasy.

The game also supports Co-op, allowing players to team up with friends for online battles and quests.

Palworld

During school life, players can build relationships with friends both inside and outside school. They can also explore Kyoto, take part in different activities, and enjoy various minigames.
When it is time to complete missions, the gameplay shifts into action combat, giving players a mix of character interaction, exploration, and battles.
Ratatan

Ratatan is a rhythm game designed by Hiroyuki Kotani, who is known for his work behind Patapon.

If players enter the battlefield and die without escaping, they lose all the items they collected. This makes every mission risky, especially when enemy players and monsters are both threats.
Team members can choose different classes, allowing them to combine skills and work together more effectively during battle.
