TCL Unveils Ultimate Pro X3B Gaming Monitors with LG 4th-Gen WOLED Panels

TCL has announced two new premium gaming monitors under its Ultimate Pro lineup: the 32X3B and 27X3B, both featuring LG’s fourth-generation WOLED panels designed to deliver brighter visuals, faster response times, and enhanced gaming performance.

In China, the 27X3B is priced at 3,699 yuan, while the flagship 32X3B launches at 6,499 yuan.

Dual-Mode Gaming on the 32X3B

The standout feature of the 32X3B is its dual-mode display, allowing users to switch between:

  • 4K resolution at 240Hz
  • 1080p resolution at 480Hz

Meanwhile, the 27X3B offers a 2560×1440 resolution with a 280Hz refresh rate, making it suitable for both competitive gaming and high-quality visuals.

Fourth-Generation LG WOLED Panel

Both monitors utilize LG’s latest Gen 4 WOLED panel, replacing the OLED+ panel found in TCL’s previous generation.

The upgraded panel uses a four-layer structure with dual blue layers alongside red and green layers, increasing HDR peak brightness from around 1,300 nits to 1,500 nits while improving power efficiency.

Built for Content Creation and Gaming

The displays cover 99.5% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and feature true 10-bit color, providing color accuracy suitable for creative workloads.

TCL also incorporates a new low-reflection coating that reduces screen reflections to just 1.1%, along with Matrix-Pure technology that minimizes color fringing and improves text clarity—an area where older OLED panels often struggled.

High-Speed Gaming Features

Both monitors offer:

  • 0.03ms GtG response time
  • HDMI 2.1
  • DisplayPort 2.1
  • Low-latency image processing

The 27X3B also exclusively includes Black Frame Insertion (BFI) technology to reduce motion blur during fast-paced gameplay without requiring even higher refresh rates.

Audio is handled by integrated Bang & Olufsen speakers paired with a built-in DSP for enhanced sound quality.

Premium Design

The flagship 32X3B features a four-sided borderless design with a premium gray finish and customizable RGB lighting integrated into the stand, adding ambient lighting effects behind the monitor.

TCL positions the Ultimate Pro X3B series as a successor to the previous 32X3A, targeting the high-end gaming monitor market alongside competitors such as the LG UltraGear Evo 32GX870B, ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG32UCWM/PG27UCWM, and Samsung Odyssey OLED G7 G73SH.
