Crimson Desert Reveals June to September Roadmap

Crimson Desert Reveals June to September Content Update Preview
Pearl Abyss has revealed a new developer message for Crimson Desert, previewing upcoming content updates and new features planned for the game from June to September.
The update roadmap was developed based on player feedback since launch. It is designed for both new players and experienced adventurers in Pywel. Pearl Abyss also confirmed that upcoming DLC is currently in development.
The Crimson Desert team said the game has come this far because of the support and feedback shared by players since launch. The team also said it will continue moving forward to make every moment in Pywel special for all players, while hoping players feel excited for the future journey as much as they do.
New Content and Features
The upcoming updates will add new content for players looking for fresh challenges in Pywel.
New Combat Content will be added for players who want to prove their true strength as Greymanes. More details about this combat-focused content will be announced later.
The Re-Blockade update will also receive improvements. New steps will be added to make the flow before and after blockade events feel more natural. The update will also introduce new ways to defend fortresses from invasion.
Rewards will also be improved so liberating fortresses feels more worthwhile.
Character and Story Improvements
Pearl Abyss also plans to improve the story and balance playable characters.
For the story, the team is refining the connection between key scenes. This should make Kliff’s journey flow better and feel more engaging, based on player feedback.
The overall gameplay of Damiane and Oongka will also be improved through various adjustments. These changes aim to make all 3 playable characters stand out more equally.
Cross-Save and Quality-of-Life Updates
The team is also developing system expansions and convenience features to make cross-platform play and non-combat content smoother.
A Cross-Save feature is currently in development. This will allow players to continue their journey across platforms by linking accounts. Players will be able to share save files and continue playing across PC, PlayStation, and Xbox.
Pearl Abyss will also continue improving non-combat content, including trading and farming. The team plans to fix issues that players found inconvenient in these systems.
Upcoming DLC
Beyond the content and features mentioned above, the team is also working hard on upcoming Crimson Desert DLC.
Although details cannot be revealed yet, Pearl Abyss said it is preparing an expansion that will feel meaningful to the player’s journey. More information will be shared later.
