Ash Echoes Global Announces End of Service With Final Chapter Update and Farewell Rewards
NEOCRAFT has announced that Ash Echoes Global will officially end service, bringing the journey of its visually striking tactical RPG to a close. The team thanked all Directors for the memories they created together and for overcoming challenges throughout the adventure in the world of Senlo.
The shutdown announcement confirms that the game will receive one final major story update before service ends. Main Story Chapter 9 will be added as the last update, giving players a final piece of the narrative before the servers close permanently.
Ash Echoes Global Shutdown Schedule
The end of service will happen in stages, beginning with the closure of purchases and downloads before the final server shutdown.
On May 7, 2026 at 04:50, Ash Echoes Global closed its in-game purchase system and removed the game download from all available channels. This means players can no longer make purchases or newly download the game through official platforms.
The game will then remain playable for a limited period before the official server closure. On June 17, 2026 at 23:00, the servers will shut down permanently, and players will no longer be able to access the game.
After that, on June 18, 2026, NEOCRAFT will end backend services and close all related social media and support channels, including Facebook and Customer Support.
Final Daily Gifts for Players
As a farewell gesture, the team will distribute daily rewards to all players from May 7 to June 18, 2026. These items are being given as thanks to the community for supporting the game throughout its service period.
Players will receive the following rewards daily:
- Resonance Clue ×10
- Momentary Backflash ×10
These gifts are intended to help players enjoy the remaining time in Ash Echoes Global before the game officially goes offline.
Refund Value Transfer Available for Other NEOCRAFT Games
NEOCRAFT is also offering a compensation option for Directors who want to continue their journey in other games under the company. Players may request to transfer their accumulated payment value into one of two supported titles: Tree of Savior: NEO or Tales of Wind: Radiant Rebirth.
The transfer rate will be based on total accumulated spending in Ash Echoes Global. For every 1 USD, players can receive either 60 Rainbow Gems in Tree of Savior: NEO or 40 Spiral in Tales of Wind: Radiant Rebirth.
However, NEOCRAFT noted that the transferred value will not count toward Cumulative Recharge events in the new game.
How to Request the Transfer
Players who cannot log in to Ash Echoes Global must send proof of account ownership and payment receipts to NEOCRAFT’s support email at cs@neocraftstudio.com.
To receive the transfer in another NEOCRAFT game, players must log in to either Tree of Savior: NEO or Tales of Wind: Radiant Rebirth using the same account linked to Ash Echoes Global. They must then create a new character on a new server and play until reaching Lv.20.
This process is required for players who want to claim the converted value in one of the supported games.
