Sony FlexStrike Reveals SEA Price and Pre-Order Bonus

Sony FlexStrike Price and Pre-Orders Revealed for SEA
After a long wait, Sony has officially revealed the price and pre-order schedule for FlexStrike, its new fight stick made for PlayStation fans and fighting game players.
The controller comes with a design that fits the clean white-and-black style of the PlayStation 5. It also aims to shake up the fighting game scene with wireless technology, low-latency performance, and a familiar arcade-style button layout.
About FlexStrike
FlexStrike is a fight stick controller made for fighting games. It supports wireless play and can also connect through USB-C for charging or wired use.
The controller can connect to PS5, and players can use up to 2 FlexStrike units at the same time. It also supports PC, making it useful for players who enjoy fighting games across different platforms.
Sony highlights the controller’s low-latency technology, which should help keep inputs responsive during matches.
Button Layout and Design
The controller uses a standard fighting game button layout.
On the left side, players will find the main PlayStation symbol buttons, including Square, Triangle, Cross, and Circle.
On the right side, the buttons are arranged as R1, L1, R2, and L2.
Other function buttons, including the PS Button and capture button, are placed on the top area of the controller.
The body uses the same white-and-black plastic style seen on the DualSense, while the main buttons use clear plastic.
Pre-Order Date, Price, and Bonus
FlexStrike will open for pre-orders in SEA from June 12.
The controller is priced at approximately $239, which is lower than some players may have expected for an official PlayStation fight stick.
Shipping will begin from August 6 onward.
The package also includes a crossbody carrying bag designed to fit the controller properly. The controller also comes with a rechargeable battery, allowing players to start using it right out of the box.
The launch timing also lines up with MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls, making it even more interesting for fighting game fans.
About PlayStation 5
PlayStation 5 is available now in SEA in 2 versions.
The All-Digital Edition is priced at approximately $575, while the standard model with a disc drive is priced at approximately $640.
The console features an AMD Zen 2 8-core, 16-thread processor and uses a Solid-state Drive for faster loading. It also supports the DualSense controller with realistic Haptic feedback for a smoother and more immersive gaming experience.

THIS IS our take
Sony FlexStrike looks like a strong option for fighting game fans who want an official PlayStation fight stick with wireless support and PC compatibility. The price feels surprisingly reasonable for this category, especially with the carrying bag included. With MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls also on the horizon, this could arrive at the right time for players preparing for the next big fighting game wave.
