Ragnarok Console Project Officially Revealed for PC and Consoles

A new adventure from the world of Ragnarok is officially on the way.

GRAVITY and DAEWON MEDIA have revealed Ragnarok Console Project, a new RPG developed in collaboration with Waycorder. The game brings players back into the familiar fantasy world of Ragnarok, but this time through a new console and PC experience built around 2.5D visuals, turn-based combat, and a story-driven offline adventure.

A New Ragnarok Adventure Begins

Ragnarok Console Project follows a group of adventurers who discover that the world they live in may be heading toward collapse. Behind that crisis lies a dark secret, pushing the party to challenge fate itself.

Players will journey across deserts, ancient ruins, and even otherworldly dimensions. The game will also include choices that affect the path forward, with the story shaped by belief, consequence, and more than a simple battle between good and evil.

Classic Jobs Return in a New Format

The game keeps several familiar job classes from the original Ragnarok experience. Players can choose from classes such as Knight, Mage, Priest, Hunter, and more.

Each class will offer different skills and playstyles. However, this new interpretation adjusts the classic Ragnarok formula to better fit an offline RPG structure. Since the game remains in development, more updates should arrive later as the project moves closer to release.

Release Window and Platforms

Ragnarok Console Project is planned for release in the first half of 2027. The game will launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC.
